- Please allow up to 5 business days to make and ship out clay items as everything is made to order. 

- During high volume sales please allow 7-10 business days to ship. 

-  We apologise for potential delays due to COVID-19, they are beyond our control. 

 

- If you experience a lost or damaged order please contact the shop within 7 days so we can best accommodate. We are not responsible for broken items, but we do offer Route insurance at checkout to protect you. Insurance lasts through shipping and delivery, but thereafter is not covered for clay items that become damaged in buyers care. Please refer to care instructions.
